Level 1 of 5: Agree the market
Your ICP, in writing.
Industry, company size, region and job title. That one page decides what counts as a lead, and so what you pay for.
Pay-per-lead B2B lead generation
Level Up is a pay-per-lead B2B lead generation agency. We build and run your outbound, then bill a flat rate per qualified lead, from $40.

Most agencies bill you every month for activity. Emails sent. Calls made. Dashboards full of opens. Then they ask for patience. We bill for leads. Nothing else.
Level 1 of 5: Agree the market
Industry, company size, region and job title. That one page decides what counts as a lead, and so what you pay for.
Level 2 of 5: Build the machine
Dedicated domains and inboxes, authenticated and warmed. Your main domain never sends a cold email.
Level 3 of 5: Run the outreach
Copy written for a single buyer and their problem. Email first, then LinkedIn, SMS and calls where they earn their place.
Level 4 of 5: Qualify every reply
Auto-replies, bounces, “not now” and anyone outside your ICP drop out here. None of them ever reaches your invoice.
Level 5 of 5: Deliver the lead
A verified decision-maker who replied with interest, with the full thread, straight to your inbox or CRM. That is the only thing you pay for.

Appointment settingYes. If you want booked appointments, demos, walkthroughs or sales calls on your calendar instead of interested leads, Level Up does that at a higher pay-per-appointment rate. The rate depends on your deal size, market and show-rate requirements, and we agree it on the fit call.
A qualified lead is a real decision-maker at a company that matches the ideal customer profile we agree in writing before launch (industry, company size, geography and job title), who has replied with interest in a conversation about your offer. Every lead arrives with verified contact details and the full reply thread.
Level Up never bills for auto-replies, out-of-office messages, bounced addresses, unsubscribes, “not interested” replies, your existing customers or open deals, duplicates, or anyone outside the ICP we agreed. If a lead doesn't match the agreed ICP, flag it and it comes off the invoice.
Most of the first weeks go into building and warming the infrastructure, so leads usually start once sending ramps up. In our past campaigns, a cyber security SaaS was booking 3 to 4 sales meetings a week within a month of launch, and a fitness studio averaged about 10 leads a week over two months.
A 30-minute call. We look at your offer, your buyer and your deal size, then tell you straight whether pay per lead will work for you.
