Pay-per-lead pricing, published.
Level Up charges a flat $40 to $70 per qualified B2B lead, depending on your average deal size. No monthly retainer, and nothing billed for replies that aren’t qualified leads.
What is the price per lead in 2026?
The rate is set once, from your average closed deal size, and written into the agreement. Bigger deals mean more senior buyers and more research per lead.

What does every engagement include?
Level Up builds and runs the whole outbound system. You approve the ICP, the lists and the copy, then answer the leads.
- Dedicated domains and inboxes
- Authentication and warm-up
- ICP, data and list building
- Copy, testing and weekly tuning
- Reply handling and qualification
- Lead delivery to inbox or CRM
What don’t you pay for?
A lead is only billable when a decision-maker inside your agreed ICP replies with interest. Level Up never charges for:
- Auto-replies and out-of-office messages
- Bounced or invalid email addresses
- Unsubscribes and “not interested” replies
- Your existing customers and open deals
- Duplicates of a lead you already received
- Anyone outside the ICP we agreed in writing
How much does pay-per-appointment cost?
If you want appointments, demos, walkthroughs or booked sales calls instead of interested leads, Level Up bills per appointment, at a higher rate than per lead. The rate depends on your deal size, your market and how you want show-ups handled, and we agree it on the fit call.
