From a market to a lead you pay for.
Level Up runs pay-per-lead lead generation in five stages: agree your ICP, build the sending infrastructure, run the outreach, qualify every reply, and deliver the lead.
Agree the ideal customer profile
We start with one page: the industries, company sizes, regions and job titles you sell to, plus who to exclude (current customers, open deals, competitors). That page is the contract for what counts as a lead.
Build the sending infrastructure
Dedicated domains and inboxes, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and warmed gradually. Your main company domain never sends a cold email, so your day-to-day email stays safe.
Write, test and run the outreach
Copy written for one buyer and one problem, tested against variants and tuned every week on reply and interest rates. Email leads, with LinkedIn, SMS and warm calls added where the market rewards them.
Qualify every reply
Every reply is read by a person. Auto-replies, bounces, “not interested”, existing customers and anyone outside the agreed ICP are filtered out and never billed.
Deliver the lead, then bill it
Qualified leads land in your inbox or CRM with verified contact details and the full reply thread. You are billed the flat per-lead rate for your deal size, and nothing for anything else.
What happens in the first 90 days?
The first 90 days are the build-and-run period. Infrastructure and warm-up come first, then sending ramps up while copy and targeting are tuned weekly on real replies. Qualified leads are delivered as they come in.
For context, in our past campaigns a cyber security SaaS was booking 3 to 4 sales meetings a week within a month of launch, and a commercial window cleaning company had roughly 20 quote-ready leads after 6 weeks.
Let’s see if we fit.
A 30-minute call. We look at your offer, your buyer and your deal size, then tell you straight whether pay per lead will work for you.
