Straight answers, before the call.
Level Up bills a flat rate for each qualified lead it delivers. Here are straight answers on pricing, what counts as a lead, what we never bill for, deliverability and fit.
Pricing and billing
What is pay-per-lead B2B lead generation?
Pay-per-lead B2B lead generation means you pay a flat rate for each qualified lead delivered, instead of a monthly retainer for activity. Level Up builds and runs the outbound system (data, domains, copy, sending and reply handling) and bills per lead that matches the ideal customer profile you approved.
How much does a qualified lead cost?
Level Up's per-lead rate depends on your average deal size. Under $5k: $40 per lead; $5k to $15k: $50 per lead; $15k to $30k: $55 per lead; $30k to $75k: $60 per lead; $75k and up: $70 per lead. Larger deals need more senior buyers and more research per lead, so the rate rises with deal size.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes, and it is non-negotiable. Every engagement starts with a set-up and infrastructure fee for the first 90 days, which covers building your outbound system and running it. It is set by how many emails a month you want sent: $1,500 for 30,000, $2,200 for 60,000, $2,600 for 90,000, and $3,000 for 120,000. It pays for sending domains and inboxes, warm-up, data, list building, copy, testing and day-to-day campaign management, which is what keeps per-lead rates low. Appointment setting has its own negotiated set-up. If a set-up fee is not workable for you, we are not the right fit, and we would rather say so on the first call.
Do you book appointments or sales calls instead of leads?
Yes. If you want booked appointments, demos, walkthroughs or sales calls on your calendar instead of interested leads, Level Up does that at a higher pay-per-appointment rate. The rate depends on your deal size, market and show-rate requirements, and we agree it on the fit call.
Leads and qualification
What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a real decision-maker at a company that matches the ideal customer profile we agree in writing before launch (industry, company size, geography and job title), who has replied with interest in a conversation about your offer. Every lead arrives with verified contact details and the full reply thread.
What don't you charge for?
Level Up never bills for auto-replies, out-of-office messages, bounced addresses, unsubscribes, “not interested” replies, your existing customers or open deals, duplicates, or anyone outside the ICP we agreed. If a lead doesn't match the agreed ICP, flag it and it comes off the invoice.
How fast will I see leads?
Most of the first weeks go into building and warming the infrastructure, so leads usually start once sending ramps up. In our past campaigns, a cyber security SaaS was booking 3 to 4 sales meetings a week within a month of launch, and a fitness studio averaged about 10 leads a week over two months.
Process and deliverability
Will cold outreach hurt my domain reputation?
No. Level Up sends from separate, dedicated domains and inboxes that are authenticated (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), warmed up gradually and monitored for bounces. Your main company domain never sends cold email.
Can I see the messages and who you are contacting?
Yes. You approve the ICP, the lead lists and the copy before anything is sent, and you can see every campaign and reply thread while it runs.
Which channels do you use?
Cold email is the core channel. Depending on the market, Level Up adds LinkedIn, SMS and warm calls for high-intent replies, the same mix that produced quote-ready commercial leads within 48 to 72 hours for a Tucson window cleaning company.
Is Level Up a fit?
Who is Level Up a good fit for?
Level Up fits B2B companies and high-value service businesses with a clear offer, a defined buyer and someone ready to follow up on leads quickly, from SaaS and FinTech to healthcare recruiting, construction, commercial cleaning and real estate.
What if I already run outbound in-house?
Level Up can run alongside an in-house team, usually on a separate segment or region so the two never contact the same people. Many teams use us to open a new market without hiring.
